A total of 250 employees work with us. With our headquarters in Cologne and additional locations in Heilbronn and Berlin, we are a reliable partner for first-class customer service.

For more than two decades, our teams at the Cologne location have been taking care of professional customer service for MediaMarkt and Saturn stores throughout Germany.
Day by day, our colleagues handle a multitude of service inquiries in writing and over the phone – competently, friendly, and solution-oriented.
Our focus is not only on the quick processing of everyday concerns, but especially on the care of special cases that require individual solutions. For this, our teams are in close communication with the local markets, with workshops, and directly with our customers.
