We are legally obliged to take back old devices. With our buyback service, we go one step further: customers can exchange their used devices for a gift card. Functional products – currently over 90 percent – are professionally refurbished and reused. From devices that can no longer be used, reusable components are extracted and the rest is recycled. This allows us to recover valuable raw materials.

Our buyback service is available in all country organizations – both online and in our stores. The offering currently covers smartphones, mobile phones, tablets, smartwatches, PCs, laptops and game consoles. With the rollout of a new multi-buyer platform, we will be able to expand our offering even further.
