At our headquarters in Ingolstadt, community engagement is firmly embedded in our corporate culture. A particular focus is our traditional annual employee donation campaign: Every year, our colleagues donate several tens of thousands of euros to non-profit organizations in the region – an amount that is then matched by the company. In recent years, this has enabled us to support, among other things, the construction of an inclusive playground, a contact point for women affected by homelessness, an art-therapy-based inclusion festival, and the establishment of a media education center. In addition, we often provide fast and unbureaucratic assistance in response to requests from regional organizations.

A cornerstone of our engagement is our long-standing main partnership with ERC Ingolstadt. Through this, we not only help to enhance the attractiveness of the location, but also support the charity initiative “Goals for Kids”, the club’s disabled supporters’ group, as well as its youth and women’s teams. In the cultural sphere, we are particularly committed to the annual art and music event “Taktraumfestival”.
