Repair

Repairs play a central role in the circular economy: they extend the service life of products. This results in less electronic waste, reduced resource and energy consumption from new production – and customers save the cost of buying a new device.

That is why we offer a comprehensive repair service. In our stores, customers can hand in defective devices, have smartphones repaired directly at the SmartBar, or obtain spare parts. Our after-sales service coordinates repairs with our own workshops, manufacturers’ workshops and selected repair service providers – in principle also for products that were not purchased from us.
