Refurbished Products

A more sustainable alternative is also “refurbished” products: pre-owned, professionally reconditioned devices. They are in perfect technical condition and usually hardly distinguishable from new items in terms of appearance. Continued use saves energy and resources that would otherwise be required to manufacture a new device. At the same time, they are a smart choice for price-conscious customers.

We offer refurbished products in the categories smartphones, notebooks, tablets, large household appliances, small kitchen appliances, vacuum cleaners and IT accessories – partly via our marketplace and partly directly in our stores. Sources for refurbished products include trade-ins and customer returns. In this way, we can return almost all returned devices to the product cycle.
