In Sales, you’re right in the middle of what’s happening in the store: you actively approach customers, listen, and recommend suitable products and services.
You explain functions in an understandable way, compare devices, and help with decision-making – from the first interest all the way to purchase.
You help shape the sales area, ensure that products are well presented and easy to find, and support promotions and product placements.
Depending on your focus, you also advise on services such as warranties, insurance, or setup packages and handle repair or service requests together with Customer Service.
Together with your colleagues, you make sure the department looks tidy, up to date, and inviting.
How you grow
You start with a structured onboarding: you get to know the product ranges, consulting approach, systems, and processes step by step.
Your team helps you become confident in sales – from identifying customer needs through to the purchase.
Over time, you can deepen your expertise, for example in specific product worlds or with a focus on Service, Solution & Repair, where you explain services and take on repair cases.
If you want to take on responsibility within the team, you can develop into the first point of contact in the sales team, managing areas, promotions, and KPIs, and working closely with the Sales Management.
