The GPC Non-IT form the basis for the procurement of non-tradable goods, services, and work performances and must be included in all relevant purchasing processes. It must be ensured that the respective valid GPC Non-IT are taken into account in all relevant procurement procedures.

The GPC IT form the basis for the procurement of non-tradable goods, work services, and services with IT relevance (e.g., purchase or rental of software, maintenance of software, cloud services, acquisition of hardware, IT-related work and services) and must be included in all relevant procurement processes. It must be ensured that the applicable GPC IT are taken into account in all relevant procurement transactions.
